Maintenance planned on network hardware by provider

Software upgrades patching severe security issues in the network infrastructure of our provider has been planned Wednesday 25. April 2018, thus there will be network perturbation to access our services and hosted applications on the platform.

All the hardware is redundant, but some TCP connections might fail when switches will be iteratively restarted. In the meantime inter-datacenter interconnexion rules will be updated, leading to small perturbation while routes are converging again.

Here are details of the timeframe:

  • At 10pm CEST: around 10 minutes of unavailabilty.
  • Intermittent network perturbation between 11:30pm and 12:00am
  • Everything should be back to normal around 00:30am
